Legal Services
Three Services,
One Considered Approach
Each service we offer is structured to address a distinct stage of the inheritance process — from a first conversation about drafting a will to the full administration of a complex multi-jurisdiction estate.
Back to HomeOur Approach to Every Matter
Before any service is engaged, we take time to understand the full picture — what assets are involved, who the relevant parties are, whether a valid will exists, and whether any cross-border dimensions require early attention. This initial assessment shapes the advice we give and the service we recommend.
Every matter is handled by a qualified counsel member, not delegated to administrative staff. Correspondence is prepared in English and provided in writing. Where court proceedings are involved, we attend all hearings and provide a written account of outcomes.
